Building Consumer Confidence with Safe Travels Stamp
Registration now available for the upcoming informational webinar on the Safe Travels Stamp program.

Date: Thursday, March 4th, 2021
Time: 10:30 – 11:30am EST
Presented by: Indigenous Tourism Ontario (ITO) and Tourism Industry Association of Ontario (TIAO)

Tourism marketing in the era of COVID-19 will be centred upon rebuilding the confidence and trust of travellers with compassion and reassurance. Key marketing messages will focus on health and hygiene and will clearly communicate what steps tourism operators have taken to ensure the safety of their visitors. ITO highly encourages our members to strive for traveler confidence; one way to ensure your business is following safety standards and effectively communicating those standards to potential visitors is having the Safe Travels Stamp.

ITO and TIAO would like to invite you to our upcoming webinar about building consumer confidence through the Safe Travels Stamp certification program.

The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) has created a free self-certified Safe Travels Stamp based on worldwide industry protocols. The specially designed Safe Travels Stamp allows travellers to easily recognize operators around the world that have adopted the highest standards of health and hygiene protocols – so consumers can experience ‘Safe Travels’.

The future is unpredictable but as Ontario continues the rollout of vaccinations and the province slowly opens up, we want you to be ready to operate and welcome guests when it is appropriate. Get certified with the Safe Travels Stamp this year and provide travellers with the confidence that your business has the necessary measures in place for a safe visit.

Join us on March 4th to learn more about the Safe Travels Stamp program and how you can get your Stamp.
