REOPENING GUIDELINES
Kwe Kwe / Aanii / Boozhoo / She:kon / Sge:no / Wachay / Shekoli / Tansi / Greetings,

As well integrated members of the Ontario tourism industry, we take pride in the diversity of our Indigenous tourism sector and the strength of our network. As such, in an attempt to be efficient with our limited resources and leverage the good work of our many partners in Ontario and beyond, we are sharing this critical business information.

ITO is aligning and embracing guidelines and protocol from various sector experts in our network.

Below are a number of sources of reopening guidelines available from different sectors and global partners in our network. Please utilize as you see fit and please share any specific protocol you have developed and/or any messaging you are providing consumers. As Ontario opens up, ITO is encouraging visitors to be respectful of First Nation protocol and travel restrictions. We are also encouraging businesses to adopt relevant health and safety protocol for visitors and staff.

Miigwetch to the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario for leading this collection of resources.
